What turns up when someone looks at the whole operation
Two real projects in Miami. One cut an internet bill by 70%; the other put an emergency company in front of customers stranded on the road with a phone in their hand.
An internet bill nobody had questioned in years
Culture · Open to visitors daily
Where it started
The institution opened to the public every day with WiFi that dropped exactly when visitors arrived, exhibits somebody had to switch on and off by hand, a paper sign-in sheet, and a $1,500 monthly internet bill that got paid without anyone reading it.
$1,050 less every month. $12,600 a year, recovered from a bill they were already paying.

A site for people standing on the road in a hurry
Towing and roadside · 24/7 across Miami-Dade
Where it started
Rescue Towing runs 24 hours across Miami-Dade. Their customer isn't at a desk comparing options: they're on the road, rushed, phone in hand, searching in English sometimes and Spanish other times. The site had to solve that in seconds.

Outcome
- Calling is the primary action on every screen, on any device.
- The site covers searches by service and by area, not just the company name.
- It's live, and you can check it yourself.
